1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms of Service (this “Agreement”) is an agreement between you and RDM App Technologies LTD. This Terms of Service governs your use of all RentAll Services, which facilitates the connection between "users" (renters) and "vendors" for the rental of cars, apartments, services, and equipment.

Whether you are a user looking to rent or a vendor providing items and services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. If you disagree with any part hereof, kindly desist from using the RentAll Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

RentAll operates strictly as a peer-to-peer marketplace. We provide a platform for Renters and Vendors to connect, communicate, and transact. RentAll does not own, manage, or control any of the cars, apartments, equipment, or services listed on the platform.

Any rental agreement or transaction entered into is solely between the Renter and the Vendor. RentAll is not a party to these agreements and disclaims all liability arising from or related to any such agreements.

3. Vendor Obligations

If you list an item or service on RentAll, you agree to the following:

• You own the item or have the legal right to rent it out.
• The item is safe, well-maintained, and accurately described in your listing.
• You will fulfill any accepted bookings and honor the terms, pricing, and cancellation policies specified in your listing.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance, permits, or licenses required to rent out your property or provide your service.

4. Renter Obligations

If you rent an item or service on RentAll, you agree to the following:

• You will use the rented item carefully and solely for its intended, lawful purpose.
• You will return the item to the Vendor in the same condition it was received, subject to normal wear and tear, and at the agreed-upon time.
• You are financially responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or late fees incurred during your rental period.

5. Payments, Fees, and Security Deposits

RentAll facilitates payments between Renters and Vendors. By using the platform, you agree to our payment processing terms and any applicable platform fees, which will be displayed prior to booking.

Vendors may require a security deposit for certain rentals. Renters agree that they may be charged up to the full amount of the security deposit for damages, late returns, or other violations of the rental agreement.

6. Prohibited Activities

During the use of the RentAll Platform, you will not:

• Rent out illegal, dangerous, or unauthorized goods.
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Bypass the RentAll platform to complete a transaction offline to avoid platform fees.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, or defamatory conduct toward RentAll staff or other users.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE RENTALL SERVICES AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OF WARRANTY.

RentAll does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items or services listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of Vendors to provide items or Renters to pay for them.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENTALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROPERTY, INJURY, OR FINANCIAL LOSS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED THROUGH IT. Ultimate liability for disputes, damages, or injuries rests solely between the Renter and the Vendor.

8. Termination and Restriction of Access

RentAll reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we suspect you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in fraudulent or unsafe behavior.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
